We now support extended application health checks. Before this improvement, application health check were not configurable.
Now, our customers can configure the health check either through the UI or their manifest. You can specify the health check endpoint, accepted status codes, timeout, max redirects etc. For more information, you can take a look at Application Health Check Docs
The extended application health checks now allow you configure them to run after each deployment with a Post Deployment Health Check. Also, the new "cooldown" parameter specifies the time it will wait to run the Post Deployment Health Check after each deployment (should you required a gap).
